- Experiential Learning: Every session is interactive—learn by doing through hands-on workshops and real-world demonstrations.
- Mini Project: Collaborate on a citizen science mini project that turns learning into discovery.
- Scientist Interaction: Enjoy an exclusive session with a guest scientist sharing insights on space exploration and science careers.
- Extended Exploration: Originally a 5-day program, now expanded to 7 days with extra creative challenges and a bonus star gazing session.
7-Day Camp Schedule
Day 1: Introduction to Astronomy and Positional Science
Session 1
Topic: What is Astronomy?
- Overview: Explore celestial motions, constellations, and seasonal changes in the night sky.
- Activity: Stellarium workshop to identify stars, constellations, and deep-sky objects.
Session 2
Topic: DIY Astronomical Instruments
- Overview: Discover how ancient astronomers measured time and position.
- Activity: Build and test your own sundial outdoors.
Day 2: Secrets of the Sun
Session 1
Topic: Solar Physics Basics
- Overview: Learn about the Sun’s structure, sunspots, and energy production.

- Activity: Safely observe and project sunspots using solar filters and projection methods.
Day 3: Moon and Planets – Our Cosmic Neighbors
